Horizons Bands II: From Ruins We Rise

Nachdem Ich gestern mit A Black Waterfront begonnen hatte, die Bands des ersten Horizons-Festivals im Kupferdächle vorzustellen, sind heute From Ruins We Rise dran.

From Ruins We Rise sind auch die Organisatoren des Horizons-Festivals, hauptsächlich Flo, der Gitarrist von FRWR. Sie sind also die Lokalhelden beim Horizons, und auch die einzige Band aus Pforzheim.  Die „Melodic Deathcore“-Band gibt es schon seit 2010, und sie standen unter anderem schon mit My Elegy, Fear The Skyline,The Rump Shaking Rider Crew, Refleshed,The Italian Way, Most Wanted Monster und Pestilator auf der Bühne, von denen ja einige schon hier im Blog verewigt sind.

Auf ihrer Facebookseite schreiben sie über sich selbst:

Our opinion of playing in a band is that everyone should know how we make our music, which kind of equipment, eq´s, amps etc we use.
We don´t want to play and fit in a normal genre or style we just want to play OUR style of music which is full of different music styles and ideas of every individual band member…please listen and feel free to leave comments or ask for Guitar Pro tabs;)
